Todd Opheim is an IFPA advanced personal trainer, NGA Natural Professional Bodybuilder, and the owner and president of Fitness Together, Boise, Idaho. Since 1996, Todd has helped hundreds of people reach their health and fitness goals. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion from Boise State University, Todd took the Director of Fitness position at a major gym in Boise. After a year or so in that position, Todd opened his own independent personal training business, OPT4FIT. Todd obtained his professional bodybuilding status in 2000 after winning his third overall title at the NGA Northwest Natural Bodybuilding Competition. Todd is a Treasure Valley native and currently calls Merdian home.
